An event every week that begins at 10:00 am on Friday, repeating until September 22, 2021


It’s time to enjoy the weather and get active this summer!

Active Adults are encouraged to join in for the Senior Strength Training exercise program with Samantha.

Classes are $3 and run from 10:00 to 11:00 am.

Event guidelines:

  • All payments in cash. Exact cash only – no change will be given
  • Masks and Social Distancing required
  • During outdoor exercise, masks can be removed after properly social distancing
  • Stay hydrated! Don’t forget to bring water
  • Wear proper shoes/sneakers for exercise
  • Hand weights not supplied
